Old Sculpin Gallery - Martha’s Vineyard

I visit the Old Sculpin Gallery every time I am on island. Last week's show featured Aire MV, Sharon McCann Daly, and Peter Palandri. I've highlighted a few of my favorite pieces from the show.

The Old Sculpin Gallery is also the home of the Martha’s Vineyard Art Association - a 501c3 non-profit organization. Being an art association means an integral focus on community. When artists become members they get more than a gallery space to show, they become a part of a community of local artists on the island. They provide weekly shows, annual inclusive member exhibits and artist workshops. Additionally, they foster art education and offer annual scholarships to Vineyard high school students.

The next show will feature Susan Convery, Sharon Rosenfeld, Valentine, Kurt Peterson, June Schoppe, Libby Ellis, with a reception on Sunday, September 3, from 5-7PM.
