Sustainability Statement

At Mirth and Joy, our passion for community extends beyond our work. We actively embrace volunteerism, cultural events, and exploration as ways to build a sustainable community and planet.

Giving back to the community is a core value we hold dear. Over the years, we have volunteered with the Ridgefield Park Environmental Commission, Lillian Booth Actor's Home in Englewood New Jersey, and the Caring Closet at the Center for Hope and Safety. Contributing to these causes brings a sense of fulfillment and purpose to our journey.

As avid supporters of the arts, we find joy in exploring galleries and attending concerts, celebrating the immense talent and creativity of artists in our community.

Moreover, our commitment to environmental stewardship drives us to take action. We compost with Neighborhood Compost based in Northern New Jersey, striving to minimize our impact on the environment. Membership with the Polly Hill Arboretum reflects our dedication to preserving nature's beauty and diversity.

Reducing plastic waste is another essential aspect of our environmental efforts. We proudly support companies like Cocokind, Dry Good Refillery, Dipalready, and Who Gives a Crap, personal favorites that align with our values and sustainable practices.

At Mirth and Joy, our journey is about more than just professional success; it's about embracing life with open hearts and minds. We believe that each experience, connection, and endeavor adds depth and meaning to our work and our lives.

Join us on this fulfilling journey, where kindness, creativity, and community come together to create a brighter and more compassionate world for all. Let's explore, volunteer, and make an impact side by side, as we strive for a better tomorrow.
